Some evenings you don't have a boss fight left in you. You've spent all day making decisions and the last thing you want is a game that demands more of them. That's exactly when a cozy game earns its place on your phone.

Tavern Keeper Tales is my go-to for this. Running a fantasy inn, serving drinks, upgrading the place bit by bit, it's low-stakes and gently repetitive in the way a good routine is comforting rather than boring. The characters are sweet and the loop is soothing.
